Crilley
Warehouse Executive Offices are located on the top floor
of a small, charming warehouse within walking distance
of the Potomac River, City Hall, and King Street in Old
Town Alexandria, Virginia. We have twenty-six offices,
including two double office suites that are available
for rent with a minimum lease term of one year. We are
proud to have two of the area’s finest restaurants, Overwood (coming soon!) and La Bergerie, in our building
and several small specialty shops as well. Underground
parking is available across the street at the Apcoa
Garage. The car entrance is on Union Street
between Queen and Cameron and the pedestrian exit is
onto Lee directly across from Crilley Warehouse. Crilley Warehouse offers a
comfortable, professional ambience and a group of
unusually congenial tenants. We appreciate your
