Lobby Directory Listing                                          
Directory is adjacent to elevator, in lobby of historic building with unique shops and restaurants.  Additional listing: $100 annual fee.

Kitchen Facility                                                              
Newly renovated, kitchen with refrigerator, freezer with icemaker, microwave, and complimentary hot beverage service, spring water, and assorted soft drinks

Utilities and Maintenance                                           
Heating and air-conditioning, electric, water and lighting restroom and kitchen supplies

Janitorial Service                                                      
Trash removal, common area and office cleaning provided throughout workweek.
 

Office and Leasing Manager                            
On-site manager to handle leasing and administrative matters, schedule work, and coordinate building services.

Professional Receptionist                                       
Customized call answering during business hours, with call forwarding to off-site location

Professional Services

Basic office supplies are available on-site, and are billed according to a CWEO price sheet.  Supply orders are placed with Staples on the 1st and 15th of the month.  Special requests are priced at cost plus 20%, and tenant is responsible for shipping costs.

Website Advertising
Your website is advertised on the Crilley Warehouse Executive Offices website:  www.crilleyoffices.com.  We link your website to ours, so you get free advertising of your products and/or services.

COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES

Telephones & Lines  -  1 PHONE and 1 LINE INCLUDED, $25 each additional phone per month; $25 each additional line per month.  $75 one-time set-up; $25 per move, add, change.

One Altigen IP telephony telephone per tenant, featuring 1 Voice Mail box and 1 rollover line, Speakerphone, Conference Calling, Call forwarding, Voicemail to email features.  The telephone service provides one main customized telephone number per tenant.  The phone numbers will be provided by Crilley, or Tenant can transfer number from existing service provider. 

Enhanced Voice Mailbox  -  1 MAILBOX INCLUDED, $20/additional mailbox/month $25 set-up charge for each additional voice mailbox.

Direct Data Lines (Fax/Modem)  -  $25/line/month, $25 set-up charge; $25 per move, add, change.  Tenant can have fax machine in his/her own private office or utilize the Crilley shared fax.  Crilley can provide fax numbers, or tenant can transfer number from existing service provider

T-1 Internet Access Line  -  1 ACCESS INCLUDED

$25/each additional hook-up/month

Static IP Address  - $50/static IP address/month $25 set-up charge; $25 per move, add, change.  Tenant can have Crilley establish a static IP address for virtual access to their private office computer from any remote location.

Long Distance Calls  -  INCLUDED, up to 120 domestic minutes per month Verizon network $0.08 per minute additional minutes.

Local Calls  INCLUDED, up to 800 domestic minutes per month Verizon network $0.10 per call above the 800 monthly minutes.

International Usage -   COST, plus 20% Verizon network

Operator Services -   COST, plus 20% Verizon network 

Directory Assistance  - COST, plus 20% National and Local 411 

Phone Directory Listing  -  COST, plus 20%

Toll-free numbers  -  $8.00/month/number.  Usage is billed at $0.10 per minute
